Responsible Gambling
Play for fun
Gambling should always be entertainment, never a way to earn money or pay off debts. Keep an eye on how much time and money you spend each day.
Personal limits
Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on deposits, losses and wagers in your profile. Lower limits apply at once, while a higher limit needs e-mail confirmation and can only start after the current one ends. Deposit limits cannot always be applied to crypto payments, so choose a card or e-wallet if you want firm control.
Cooling-off
A cooling-off break can be one week, one month, three months or half a year long. While it runs you cannot make fiat deposits and you receive no promotions.
Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion can be set for six or nine months, a full year or for good. Your account is disabled straight away and you receive no offers during that time.
Where to get help
Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy offer advice and support. Blocking software can also keep gambling sites out of reach.
Protecting minors
Our services are for adults only, and we may ask for proof of age. Parents can use parental control software to keep children away from gambling sites.
